FeaturesThese are the features you should expect from Elite Force 2 There may be minor spoilers on this page. Single PlayerAdvanced 3D EngineThe graphics engine used in Elite Force 2 will be a enhanced version of the Quake 3 Team Arena engine, powered by Ritual's UberTools. Noteable diferences from the original Elite Force will be larger maps and inclusion of Environmental effects (like rain). 12 missions: 1-7 levels each: 7 boss matchesThere will be 12 missions. Each mission has varying numbers of levels (from 1 to 7). It is said to be one and a half times bigger than the original Elite Force. It will feature 7 boss matches.
Voice actingTim Russ (Tuvok), along with the original hazard team cast will be returning to voice act, in addition to Steward Patrick (Captain Jean-Luc Picard), Jeffrey Combs (Weyoun from DS9 and others), Dwight Schultz (Reg Barclay from TNG/VOY) and Tony Todd (Worf's brother Kurn in TNG). Other TNG/VOY cast members may voice act as well. Old and New enemies (or friends)You will encounter the normal alpha quandrant lot, but also 3 brand new races. During missions, it will be hard to determine if a alien is hostile or friendly.
Gear and WeaponsYou will get to use 13 weapons including familiars from the original Elite Force and some new ones too. All guns will have alternate-fire mode and at least one gun has a third.

The hazard suit will also offer night vision to navigate in dark areas. MultiplayerA theoretical maximum of 64 players can play in one map, although 32 may be a more realistic number. All new game modesGame modes will include enhanced versions of modes from the original Elite Force and XP and some new ones. Unfortunately, the Assimilation mode will not be returning.
