Aphextwin have sent word about EF2 runner:

I have released the first beta of my server setup program EF2 Runner, this program builds upon the successes of SOF2 Runner, Wolf Runner and Jedi Runner. While this program is very stable I am looking for Admins to put this program through its paces and give me feedback in the form of suggestions, requests, bugs and so on.
